When was the last time you tried something new??
Trying new things can be difficult sometimes. The fact that we are not familiar with it can make us nervous and vulnerable. Even when we know we can do it, we are left with loads of questions like "can I do this? What if I fail? Do I look stupid? Will I get it right? "
All these questions arise due to fear but then, leaving our comfort zone and trying something new can help us fight fear and will also widen our mind.
